Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be required from all guests who make reservations to arrive from and including 16 November 2015 until 31 December 2015. If the required deposit is not paid by this time, then the booking may at risk of cancellation. The deposit is required to be paid 21 days before the date of arrival. Please inform The Tulip Tree Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
